Hopping through the forest…
It's amazing how having a little one brings back all those silly childhood rhymes!
Well, I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter Celebration this past weekend.
We sure did and Tegan is still obsessing over her
one plastic easter egg she found. :)
Even though she is still so little, I wanted to make sure to get plenty of pictures for memories
and put together a cute, simple Easter basket for her
(mainly with stuff for our Cali trip).
She enjoyed pulling out all her goodies
(with the help of her big cousin Jonah of course)..
and sure enough, the shoes were a hit!
What can I say?! She is her mother's daughter.
Here are some photos of how we spent our Easter Sunday…
The boys with their baskets 1st thing in the morning :)
Tegan came to see what all the commotion was about!
Happy Easter baby girl
Shoes it is!
Cousin Jonah came to help! According to him, he got you all these goodies. :) :)
Can't forget Ethan too.. he wanted to check out the goods!
Randy surprised me and had an Easter basket hidden in the house for me as well!

Tegan's new thing.. crossing her fingers.

First egg!
What are these things?!
Hanging out with Great Grandma while the kids finish finding all the eggs.
Great Grandpa and Grandma Sharratt and their Great Grandkids!
(This is what you get when you have 11 kids to wrangle! lol)
My better half <3
So thankful we got to spend time with both Randy's brothers and their wives,
as well as my two adorable little nephews!
I seriously do miss us all living close together, so I have to cherish what time I get with
them as much as I can!
The Monday after Easter marked 8 months for Miss Tegan.
She has been hitting crazy milestones this past month and is growing like a weed!
Now that she is crawling, she is into everything.. so California should be a fun time.
Haha.. we are going to have to keep a close eye on that girl!
Once I get back, I have decided to officially open up my little online clothing shop..
[Little Miss Mae]
which is super exciting, yet super intimidating all at the same time.
I figure I will test the waters out..
and if it goes nowhere or I absolutely end up not enjoying it,
I will just close up shop after summer ends.
Here's to a new adventure!
As for now, that is all I have!
I will most likely be posting another blog once we
get back from Cali with an update on our trip, so keep posted!
xo
(I just had to share these extra photos.. as it is no longer easy now that she can crawl.. The girl is on the move! Bribing her with a shoe didn't even work!)
Tegans milestones over the past month:
Clicks her tongue
Waves her hands
Pats her tummy
Sits up on her own (which resulted in lowering her crib mattress)
Starting sign language
Loves to go into plank and downward dog
Pulls up to stand
Shakes her head no
Reaches up for us to hold her
Can officially crawl (and is all over the place!)
Will mimic us
Stands on her own without being held (as long as she has something to lean back on)
Crosses her fingers
Has mastered the pincher grasp
